Hello everyone, So this morning I decided to do my last Metal Detecting hunt for 2022 Yesterday I was a bit bummed out because the weather forecast was for rain most of today. But I woke up to a slight fog and a less of a chance of rain MY NEW YOUTUBE VIDEO I found some really neat coins and even another Bucket List coin to remove from my list! My 3rd of the year! If you want to find out about my first 2 Bucket List items see my last thread 3 Barber Dimes 1899 O (New Orleans) 1902 O (New Orleans) 1914 D (Denver) 1868 2 Cents Top Pic is my find - Bottom is example from the Internet 18 Wheat Cents Everything Misc Pics Dateless Buffalo Nickel shown in 1st & 2nd picture Now this is definitely my last thread for 2022! Have a Happy New Year 2023 Everyone! God Bless us all!
Looks like you found the sweet spot of that detector. Happy finds for 2023! I wish you and your family a marvelous year ahead. Hey, as to your other thread. Found 300 in a Lowes parking lot a few years ago. And I needed it. Big bills are rare.
Coingrats! A triple Barber lick! That never happened to me! Neither did a 2c piece! (I did find a 1902-O quarter and 1910 dime a few feet apart, once.) That '14-D dime is pretty sharp!
@paddyman98 joke of the year: "My goal is to find at least one silver coin. One last silver coin for this year. I think if I find that silver coin, I think I'll just pack it up and go home."
I didn't think I was going to find a silver coin so quickly! Then I got excited and kept going. I was also a bit worried about the rain but it didn't start drizzling until after 12 Noon
Congratulations on the finds! Those three dimes in your first photo are in really good shape. Glad you had a successful and fun 2022 and I hope 2023 is better for you. At least it wasn’t snowing. Lol
Great finds! You have to leverage the opportunities, especially during the winter months. Was this a local NY/NJ park hunt?
