Extremely hot. It's dangerous being out that long with no liquids. But I've learned over the years how to avoid dehydration. I use plenty of sunblock and I wear a long sleeve fishing shirt with UV protection material.

I don't think I have ever seen one that is set up for 2 different size pencils.

Nice haul! I'm curious as to what you do with all the coins you find that are only worth FV (if that)...?
You've got almost $16 FV in this lot alone, will the bank let you deposit them in that condition? Clean them up and then deposit them? Or do you just keep ALL your MD finds?

I can clean the dirt off the coins but the clad and nickels will remain looking dark no matter what I do..
Every 6 months I visit the Coinstar machine.
I'm due for a trip in June!
This is all the Clad, Dollars and Nickels. No Cents..

I have about $40.00 in detected coins at another location to add to these! :greedy:

I will try. I have to give them a good soaking in distilled water or Hydrogen Peroxide.
Maybe in a few days I will see the dates.

I will tell you what it is. It's a woman's makeup sharpener. They usually have 2 different sizes.
Here is an example made by Lancome
    Capture+_2021-05-22-22-11-01.png

I'm soaking today's sharpener in vinegar overnight to see if it cleans up ;)

Probably anybody that uses it for a makeup sharpener now better have their tetanus shot up to date...
