Hello everyone, MY NEW YOUTUBE VIDEO March 5, 2023 Detecting Hunt Please like, comment & subscribe (If you can) I did a quick 3 hour Metal Detecting hunt early in the morning because I had to celebrate the rest of the day with my wife for her birthday! I did a find $2.00 in coins challenge for myself. Not including the 2 silver and 2 Wheat Cents I found $8.35 Winged Liberty Head Dime (WLHD) 1943 D Mint Mark Roosevelt Dime 1963 D Mint Mark Kennedy Half Dollar 1972 with Environmental Exposure Toning to the Clad layers 160 + 10 = 170 Pennies Misc Metals Everything Joey Misc Pics
You hit the jackpot with this detecting find! What a haul. I’m surprised you made it home without being mugged. A great day sir.
1942-D dime, always have to check for that 1942/1-D overdate. Doesn't look like this is one, but can't complain about the price...
The Kiddo whooped me yesterday in finds. I gave him my old Bounty hunter that finds coins like crazy. I need to read up on my Fisher again to set the tones, discrimination, sensitivity, etc. It was picking up 10 items everytime I moved it. Driving me nuts. The ground was still a bit frozen so not a lot of fun. Nice Haul Paddyman.
When I saw all of the cents in the photo at the beginning of your video, I thought, "there is no way he only hunted for three hours and found that many cents." LOL What a fun, unusual find. Too bad they weren't all Mercury Head dime. LOL I dug out my 1986 White's Coinmaster6000/Di Pro from storage this past week, and to my surprise, it still works and a quick check showed it actuate, so I'm hauling it to beach for my bucket list item; Seeing the Pacific Ocean one last time. Wish me luck.
That's exactly what I was thinking when I was finding them! Any silver spill! Thanks. Happy Pre-Birthday
I just went for a half hour evening walk at the park where last week I metal detected 160 Pennies at the base of 2 trees and with just my pin pointer I found 35 more
