    Hello everyone,
Yesterday I did a 4 hour metal detecting hunt at Highland Park Brooklyn.
It was a lousy hunt :(

The best find was a 1945 Wheat Cents which was in bad shape.

Well at least you got one silver, the Washington 64. Silver holds up to the environment better than most.

paddy, look at it this way:

    Cash value per hour = $ .805
"Fun activity" value per hour = $ 30.00
"Enjoying the outdoors" value per hr = $ 20.00

    And if you were accompanied,

    "Comraderies" value per hour = $ 50.00
    ____________
Total intrinsic value per hour = $ 100.805

Not a bad haul my friend, not a bad haul!!! :D:singing:
