Just home from day one of the Mesa show.

Fantastic show, collector wise. They were out in force. I sold so many small under $25 coins than ever before. Also sold a whole bunch of my PCGS graded semikeys in high grades. Did not sell any high dollar coins, SVDB's, 14-D, etc etc, but did a very respectable amount of biz. The lookers were out, and many will return tommorow.

    I walked the floor 1st thing and picked up 2 new 1914-D's: a NGC VF-30 and a PCGS VF-20, and another 09-S in XF-45.

A whole lot of biz taking place today, most every dealer was busy, with a few lulls, but for the most part, most said it was a low dollar show.

I got to meet Bruce47 from CoinTalk as well, a very nice guy who will join our coin club.

I am beat, 8 straight hours at a coin show will wear you out. Kickin back tonight, then back at it tommorow untill 2:00, then come home in time to watch my Cards win the Superbowl.:D

Glad to see you had some good business Jack. Nice to know there is still buyers out there with the ecomony the way it is. Post some pics of the new pick-ups!!! As far as the steeler nation goes, not a good thing to talk smack before your team wins. Pats fans did it last year and might still be crying now.
