Mercury find in a convience store

I almost fell to the floor when I got this as change. The lady handed my change and I cought a glimpes of 'something different' went outside sat on the stores chair and saw this coin....sat there a bit before I could move. This convience store has a a reputation of lotto card winners, I do not buy lotto stuff would rather buy rolls of pennys n dimes whenever I get extra change

My question is this coin a cud and is it worth grading?

A cud that might fetch a few extra bucks, maybe.
