From the picture it is hard to tell, as far as bullion they go for about a buck a piece, so in bullion no, but I am not so sure on the pictures.

Let see what the experts say.

That's over two bucks a piece. That's kind of steep to me.

    For what it's worth-

I'm new to collecting and am working on a Mercury dime set. I've talked with a few local dealers, and both have had the same opinion: you can buy the more common later dates in pretty decent condition (EF-VF) for about bullion value = $1.30 ea. The dealers in question both have large bins full of these common mercs and have let me sift through for the ones I want. Maybe something along these lines would be the deal you're looking for?

    Hope it helps,
    Drew

If I was going to spend $35 on Mercury Dimes, I would look for a deal like this one:

Mercury Dime 1942-D NGC MS67 $34 Heritage Auctions

In other words, NO, it is not a good deal. Those photos are terrible and it is probable that those coins are cleaned/polished.
