    Looks more like a detached lamination to me.

    Not Broadstruck. The year does not matter because it is now damaged.

    It was a Clamshell Lamination but the piece that was attached broke off.

    Yours is damaged unfortunately. So it's only worth silver melt value. About $1.50

    It looks as if there was a piece of tape across it once. Probably to hold it in place in an album. The adhesive toned the surface.

    Thats the reason for bulge, someone bent the clamshell from the planchet.
    Good call on that one.
