It has often been said that if one is in doubt that he/she should ask the membership their opinion. This I am doing.
I recently purchased this coin, in with a bunch of others, as :
    INDO GREEK - MENANDER
I have no idea if it is genuine or not. Can any member tell me more about this coin, please?

    Not Menander, but Apollodotus II.
The compression on your photo is quite strong. That makes it totally impossible to judge whether this specimen is genuine or not. However, this should not be an expensive coin, and massive quantities of these in lower quality (and likely also struck posthumously to the reign of Apollodotus) are known. So you are likely OK.
Here one in a bit better quality:

It looks like it has a bit of wear, I think if it was forged they would have a bit more detail so it would sell easy, I think you have a genuine coin with some good honest wear. Nice coin Topcat7.

Thank-you, everyone - esp. THCoins, (for putting me on the right track).
I feel better for your opinions. When the 'bunch' arrives I shall put them up for comment.
    Thank-you, again.
