I just found this 1994 cent tonight and was very suprised a the amont of rotation. Do I have it right that it is a die rotation? How scarce are these? And yeah, what might it be worth? I still cannot get over finding this cent.
That is a major die rotation if you flipped the coin over the right way the degress are about 175 degress rotation CW I think I don't know how rare it is but .it's a hell of a find./ Congrats on that one Did you find it in a roll or pocket change? Jazzcoins Joe :whistle::whistle::whistle:
Yeah, you oughta seen my face when I flipped it over. Thanks for the congrats. I just have to tell, can't hold it in. Just found my third 2000 'wide AM' two days ago. So within 10 days to 2 weeks I found : One 1999 wide AM, three 2000 wide AM, One 1994 die rotation Talk about steppin' in it, man, I stink to high heaven with ####.(luck):hail:
Could you do me a favor ,and through some luck this way. I never found a wide AM . You must have a good luck charm in your pocket, because those are hard to find. ( :thumb: congrats on all three finds ) Jazzcoins Joe:whistle::whistle:
Okay, but it's1:37AM for me. I'll get it done in the next two days or so. I'll give you what I have now. It's the next day now, Wed. the 15th and here are the three 2000 wide AM cents I have.
Thanks anyway. We are two of the very, very few who have the 1999 wide AM Lincoln cent. Let's revel in our good fortune.
I'd like to apply for 'Membership" in the 99 WIDE AM CLUB please! (LOL) I finally found mine a few days ago- I posted it over in the "found-in-rolls' thread.
Shucks folks! I have been searching a long time and have never found a 1999-P "Wide AM" Cent. I have found, purchased and CherryPicked quite a few 1998-P and 2000-P "Wide AM" Cents and several 1999-S Proof "Close AM" Cents individually and in Proof Sets but never the 1999-P 'Wide AM". Oh well, great finds to all of you! Frank
