33,704 members (or more) coin talk should have a contest when they reach 35,000 members. All the mods should have a small contest or mayber Peter should. Just a recommendation not a require ment. But yet I suggest it.

I hate to be a downer... But won't an extra 2 thousand people just slow up the site more? Just throwing that out there.

Not unless they all tried to post at the same time, LOL. Actually, of those 33,700+ members, only a small percentage are active. Many join to ask one particular question, and then disappear forever.

I joined to ask 1 question until I met all nice people on here. They leave because the don't understand it. I thinkunactive members should be booted cause the just cause old threads and keep them active when no ones really looking back to see who awnsered

In the short time I've been here I have seem at least two members for the day. Yes post on one day only never to be seen again.
Many times these are refered to as straw man posts.......

+1. I met certain interesting folks on here that were all friendly so I decided to stay. I usually don't even actually get into threads like this. People on here actually want to here about your recent finds, versus other people who could care less, or when you tell them, they say "SPEND IT" or "Uhmmm cooooolll... Can you loan it to me?" Lol I really do appreciate this place. I agree, inactive members should be removed so their old threads don't show up on the bottom of more recent threads. I can't tell you how many times I've clicked on one of those really old threads on the bottom of the page and almost started an old thread haha.

There are often tidbits of interesting information in many of those 'old threads'. I hope they are NOT removed. It only takes a few moments to move on to something more interesting, click of a mouse and poof, you're onto something else.

    Just my two cents.
