Having spent 5 years there, I have collected some of their coinage - through the 60's anyway. I believe that I have all their circulating coinage, but not the pattern coins. 1933, 1847, 1862, 1896, 1906, 1937, 1941, 1960, 1961, and 1962. While I was looking for a coin (1 with a ship on it), I notice that all of the dates I have the coin orientation - except the 1896 and 1906. Every coin for those 2 years (1¢, 2¢, 10¢, 25¢, and 50¢) have the medal orientation. Is this unusual?
