Going thru my coins that I have collected since a young boy (now 63). I have 3 peace dollars, 5 walking liberty,s (50) 1 Franklin(50) 35 roseavelt dimes, 37 mercury dimes, 164 pre 64 washington quaters. I have not researched dates and do not care too. So I looked at the US Silver Coin Melt guide and said spot silver was 33.91 (today) Bid price 932.30, Ask price 1030.45 (5%) spread? Also have around 15 to 20 lbs wheat pennies. Question is should I sell to bullion dealer? My local coin show? 2nd question, When I was looking I have a 1983 Esinhower (sp) dine that is kinda hard to explain, it is half struck where the dime plug appears to have fell out and was struck half on half off? You can clearly se the front and the back of the coin and the other half is a lank plug. Not sure what the value might be. Thanks in advance and awaiting some help

Without seeing any pics of your coins, I think anyone here would have a hard time answering you for what you ask. But you have indicated you don't care to research the dates or anything, so I would think the thing for you to do is take it to a coin shop (they are mostly bullion dealers now anyways) and they will give you an offer for them (if they even want them). You'll probably get taken, but you won't know, since you won't research the dates or nothing, so I guess it doesn't matter.

As for your eisenhower dime, I think you might be referring to a roosevelt dime, and from what I can tell, without pictures, it's probably worth nothing at all.

These could be quite valuable if there are any special varieties or if they are in BU or gem condition. You say you don't care, though, well, probably, then someone will offer less than they are worth.

There are quite a few specialized experts on this site, if you were able to run high quality digital pictures of each of the coins, I'm sure someone could help. With all those wheat pennies, there may also be some rare pieces or overdates. And that Esinhower sounds like it could be submitted for authentication and slabbing at PCGS or NGC. Are you a collector club member of NGC or PCGS? If not, you could join and then pick out the coins that are worth more and submit for grading.
