Maximum retail prices

    as of today may 11,2006. almost all metal prices hit record and/or recent record high. let's check the maximum retail prices of those near bullion collection items at the highest metal prices

    gold $727.20, silver $15.31, copper $4.0283, zinc $1.7835, nickel $9.7183

    jefferson nickel b.v. is $0.06, lincoln penny b.v. is $0.01

    maximum retail prices for the ff:
    commem gold $5.00 - $270.00
    commem silver $1.00 - $19.00
    silver quarter proof - $4.50, 5 pc statehood proof - $22.50, statehood proof roll - $180.00
    american eagle unc - $18.50 and up
    $1000.00 face silver coins - $11,325.00 and up

    why can't this have been posted in one of the 5 concurrently active bullion threads?! It isn't new, it's the same kitco ticker as always.

    Tracy-I know you are very interested in the daily/weekly changes in precious metals values, and this certainly isn't a personal complaint, but what made this worthy of it's own thread? When I get to the bullion threads I usually skip them (which is what the proponents of said threads say i should do), but this is a new thread with a deceptive title (it doesn't mention bullion at all), how could I have avoided it?
