    I doubt it, but the pics aren't big enough to be sure.
    Attribution is pretty easy with large shots of both sides though.

    Congratulations! Its a 1917! Its a sharp strike and has some matte appearance. They are a legend/myth, take your pick. I do suppose it is possible (but just my speculation) that a matte finish die may have been used on the reverse. Breen reported seeing one 1917 which was part of a five coin proof set though cleaned it had matte surfaces on the obverse, but the reverse was not treated as a proof.

    I bought this on ebay last night, for $76, more as a nice 64RB-65RB 1917, but with admiration of its reverse surface and the desire to slab it and use it as a "hole filler" in my Matte Proof Collection.
