well the first item is a special release by the BEP. the second one is just something the seller happen to put together. the first one might command more of a premium in the future. but as far as estimation is really what people are willing to pay. i have been selling off my collection over the last couple of months and people just arent paying what they use to for notes. i know on some of my notes i am taking a loss. i had just sold a matching serial set of $5 star notes. one was from '93 and one was from '95. they only went for $51.99 and that was the second time i had listed it because it didnt sell the first time.
