Marcus Aurelius real or fake?

    Hey i bought this coin from a store on my vacation and was wondering if anyone knows what type of coin this is and if it’s real or fake. I know this is a marcus aurelius coin but i can’t find this type of coin.

    Obv: AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG PII F COS.
    Laureate bust right, with slight drapery.
    Rev: HONOS / S - C.
    Honos standing left, holding branch and cornucopia.
    RIC 1231.
