Marcia Otacilia Severa does this coin look genuine is there pitting

I was wondering if this looks genuine and if the picture of the coin shows any signs of pitting.

Also I wanted to know if anybody knows how much this coin is worth or a rough idea.

The sides of the coin look fine.
