I saw this today on Ebay - I think I saw some threads on CT not too long ago about some Struck-Thrus on some of the March of Dimes coins that people purchased. You can also get them slabbed! (These pictures are not mine. Sharing from Ebay)
Oh and here is the Ebay listing - (I want to share this webpage with you) http://www.ebay.com/itm/2015-W-10c-...r-PF69UC-ER-/201385945671?hash=item2ee389aa47
Cool, I got a few of these and thought they were nothing but problem coins - maybe they'll do something. I thought someone posted they thought the strike thrus were wires from a wire brush used to clean the die.
That type of "Struck Through" is as common as dirt and certainly not worth the value of the grading fee's much less $200.
I wonder how many are out there? Half of my W dimes have a wire embedded in them, mine are all on the reverse.
