I can sit and just stare at it! Thanks for looking and i hope you enjoy the calming effects of that image as much as i do
Great notes mate and that tower is much more imressive in reality LOL it overlooks the grand harbour at Valetta.
Really nice Daggarjon... My favorite is the Scottish note's logo with the horse and stag..the little leaf and moon/star designs is pretty cool. I not so sure about calming as that phallic symbolism made me run run run....LOL Nice picture..DeOrc you have been there? RickieB
Thanks for taking a peek guys De Orc, from what little i found that tells a bit about the tower, i found the Watch tower was situated in Senglea ... Is Valetta the other side of the harbour... or is my source that names the tower being at Senglea just wrong?
No that is all correct but the entire area is so built up it sort of runs into one and I have known the harbour as Valetta harbour.
ahhh i c i do like to take tha image, and blow it up to fill my whoel screen .. then move the tower tothe left a bit so it sits just off my screen .... then i look out over the water like it was my bedroom window.. i might even make that my desktop background
