Hi,this is a malaysia 1981 king 3rd series $1 dollar note.Obviously,i can see a double dies or ghosting on center pattern and bluish colour on the front side(second note)when compare with a normal printing colour note(top).What happend to this note especially the center pattern?a double varieties note?is this common or rare happen on some banknote.Need help from an expert to explain in detail.thanks in advance.
