I just picked up this book during my travels:

For 25 of the most collected US coins, this is a MUST. The pictures are first rate (color) and the wear/high points for these coins are ESSENTIAL for us collectors. I was very impressed as I flipped through it and from what I read (and seen) so far, this blows away everything I read in Photograde.

Also, each coin has a brief history whereby this book explains what to look out for such as differant strikes (i.e., New Orleans minted Morgans compared to other mints), and the weight of contact marks for larger sized coins compared to smaller size denomimations.

For $20, I give it a strong buy and a must for every US collector of these 25 coins.

It is an outstanding book I got it for xmas and I use it all the time. Great reference guide, a must have
if you like to grade coins. This is money well spent.
