Wow! That's an amazing Die Break. Thanks for sharing.
Hir Full Image when posting your pictures. We are here on this forum more for enjoying errors and varieties. Premiums and values are not really that important. But since you asked.. I have seen that type of Die Break going for $30.00 - $40.00
Don't plan to retire yet buddy.

Thanks so much! I'm a mess. I appreciate the help! Trying to figure out what the value or rarity of something like this is. Thinking of getting it graded regardless as a personal sentimental thing, but was trying to guess the value and need help.

    Here is some information
Bisecting Rim to Rim Die Crack
A rim to rim crack in a coin, such as a dime, is a type of die crack that extends from one point on the rim to another, potentially bisecting the die face. This type of crack can be classified as a median or bisecting rim-to-rim die crack, and it may show lateral spread, leaving a thin raised line on the coin. If the crack exhibits vertical displacement, it is designated as a retained cud. Rim-to-rim die cracks are unusual and rare, and finding two on the same coin is even more rare.

Thanks so much for your help! What a friendly, welcoming, and knowlegdeable community! I don't think my ADHD will let me retire, sounds boring. Just trying to get a better handle on valuations. I collect and coin roll hunt with dreams of being a dealer one day. Will share clipped planchets, misaligned dies, doubled dies, etc. I've found here too from now on.

I and many of us have a lot of experience with true Mint errors. I have almost 40 years collecting, studying and attributing errors. If you send it to a third party grader remember this.. you are not only getting it graded but you also have to pay for a mint error attribution fee. It is two fees. Hope it comes out well.

Thanks so much! I hadn't found one this dramatic before, so was happy to find it. I'm a humble coin roll hunter, but been getting very lucky lately.

Here I am. I have a huge collection of mint errors. I actually stopped acquiring them about 2 years ago. I think I have found all that I ever wanted.

Would I get in trouble if I post my clipped planchet, black beauty, etc. Back to back? Excited to finally have people to talk error coins with...

It is better to post each coin separately. Separate threads. I can also better explain certain things to you such as.. "Clipped Planchets" are not actually ever clipped at any moment. They are actually Incomplete Planchets ;)
I will explain it when the right moment comes.
