Maine quarter pmd?

Kinda reminds me of the acid dipped stuff i have found before. Am I correct about it being acid?

Acid or end stage die deterioration. Yes, on both dies, especially if they were from Philly.

 

@Tyler Graton do you have a scale because if you do would you weigh this coin i'd like to know the weight. I'

if this was from die deterioration someone at the mint needs to loose their job lmbo.

 

It weighs at 5.6 grams. Here's a few better pics. Sorry didn't have much light where I was.
