I was fortunate to win on UHR eagles and 25th ASE'S Now...I think, given uniqueness of 75th set and final mintage, I'm figgering a slow rise in price mirroring what happened to the 20th set... Lords a leapin...glad I bought some...happy to be sittin!
If I recall correctly, the 20th Anniversary Set jumped very quickly, and gradually settled back down. This has been pretty much a typical trend because of the collectors wanting the 70's for their Registry Sets. Chris
Your memory is unquestioned by me. I got in late on that set priced at $100. I got sets at $250 and still was able to make some profit. Me thinks 75th will appreciate and not be as stagnant!
I have five sets still in the mint shipping box. I'm hoping they appreciate too. Although I'm no expert in grading boxes, I am prepared to say that it is at least an AU-58. Since I bought it within 20-minutes of opening, it is also an early struck box
