Just picked up my first one! Been wanting one for a while because of the obverse design. Who else got 'em? Post yours here.
Those on a budget may choose a single drachm size Lysimachos in the same style... ...or the standard AIII type.

You may or may not be able to find an exact obverse die match for your coin, if that’s what you’re looking for. Different die engravers worked on these dies and they all had different styles. The attribution for your coin is, however, Thompson 190, based on the control symbols you see on the reverse. Here are a bunch of other examples of the type: https://www.cngcoins.com/Search.asp...R_TYPE_ID_2=1&SEARCH_IN_CONTAINER_TYPE_ID_4=1
This is my third - and hopefully final - example of the type. It's been challenging to find the "right" coin which ticks all of the boxes, especially style, but I'm happy with this piece (except for the difficult time it's given me with attempting to photograph it!)
Great examples. Here is one of mine. Ruler/Emperor: Lysimachos, King of Thrace and former General to Alexander the Great; City/Region: Kingdom of Thrace, Byzantion mint; Denomination: AR Tetradrachm; Composition: Silver; Date: 297-281 BC; Obverse: Diademed head of the deified Alexander the Great right wearing horn of Ammon; Reverse: Athena enthroned left holding Nike and resting left arm on shield; transverse spear resting against her right side; monogram in inner left field; on right, ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ('King'); on left, ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ ('of Lysimachos'), crowned by the Nike; Size: 29.24mm, 16.2g, 12h; References: Seyrig, Essays Stanley Robinson, pl.23, 2 (same dies); Classical Numismatic Group eAuction 150, Lot 24 (same dies); Meydancikkale 2700 var. (slightly different monogram, same obverse die); SGCV II, 6814 var. (different monograms); Thompson -; Müller -; Armenak -; SNG Copenhagen -; SNG Alpha Bank -; SNG Berry -
Lysimachos; 305-281 B.C.; AR Tetradrachm (17.2 gm). Obv: Diademed head of Alexander the Great, wearing the horn of Ammon. Rev: Athena enthroned left, holding Nike and resting left arm on shield, on which is a lion's face; transverse spear resting on her right side; ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to right and ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ to the left. A "Φ" monogram and head of Tyche in the fields to left. This is a magnificent, life-like portrait of Alexander the Great. Smyrna mint. Thompson 237. Thompson notes there was a single emission of staters, tetradrachms and drachms at Smyrna, which commemorated Lysimachos' contributions toward the city's rehabilitation. Only one obv. die is known for tetradrachms and only about 14 examples are known for this coin. Thompson 237; Müller 408.
