I recently decided on a change of pace from my usual searching circulation cents for die varieties and bought some BU rolls. I went through the 1971 rolls today and out of one roll I got THREE die #2 DDOs, then out of the next roll I got one each of the die #3 and die #4 DDOs. I could hardly believe it! Sorry for the lack of images, but they're all medium or light spread and don't photograph through the loupe very easily. AgCollector...it looks like you are now hooked on searching for die varieties...what a rush that must have been to find 3 different dies in two rolls. Now you need to find some new listings...they are out there! Larry Nienaber
Nice finds! I still have a couple of hundred BU rolls (many of which are OBW's) of Memorial Cents that I really need to get around to checking. I have sold many of them off and who knows what I might have found, had I broke them out and checked them! Frank
