I've got 8 LP3 cents with the following type of error. All mine (the actual error) are a lot larger than this one. They run some of them on the last 3 windows and all of them at least half/three quarters to the top all the way down on the last one. i don't have any pics so i found the closest thing. I doubt they're carrying any premium at all but let me know if you've found any.
In the strictest definition CUD is a die break that occurs along the rim. All of the new Lincoln cents exhibit a great number of die breaks for some reason - on occasion they command a very small premium on eBay for what I would classify as reasons unknown.
