Everybody likes to buy super coins, but sometimes the prices get to be too high. Here is my Draped Bust Large cent for my type set.

It is in an NGC AU-58 holder, which is a generous grade for it, but still has a lot detail. I would like them all to be this way, the cost is incredible.

So here is an 1800 large cent I bought this week. It used to be in a PCGS Fine-15 holder. From experience I know that the 1800 large cent is tough to find nice. For an "album type" coin, this one is okay.

I also bought this piece for the date set, which is pleasant enough. The copper experts have graded this one VF-30. The "commercial grade" would be EF-40

I love the 1803 especially!! Small Date, Large fraction. Just superb, all of them. :)
