Just picked up a Canadian 10c 1904 PCGS MS63. Auction in the UK later today too. The issue of more liberal grading by NGC and PCGS for Canadian coins has come up, so CT members can offer opinions on 'true' grade should they wise to do so.....the toning does make it a bit difficult for my less experienced eye.
