Would this be considered a low serial? Found it in my change today. I put back all the stars I find just because I like them. I think this is a 640k run?
Yep. 640k printed. It is a low serial number by most folks' standards, though not extremely low. The condition is maybe Fine at best with writing on it, so that will hurt its premium. Still worth a little bit over face in my opinion.
Good news/Bad news. Good news first, I consider the serial number to be low, and the print run is also low. Bad news, it's heavily worn and has ink writing on the face. You can purchase a CH-CU example all day long for $25.
