I finally got to see this coin in hand, and took some pictures that only are barely showing it off. It was grimier than pictures show so conserved with a bit of acetone. Victorian silver and bronze from the 1840s through the reign come very prooflike, and the issue confused by actual specimen and proof issues with the status of many up for debate.
