    What a wonderful imitation! I really enjoy these very "localized" style imitations of Alexander III's coinage, as well as that of Athens. Both saw very extensive circulation and acceptance throughout the Middle East and elsewhere, as exemplified by the Celtic imitations of Philip II's and Alexander III's drachms and tetradrachms.
