I'd chose #23. Half dollars are my favorite coin to collect, and i have very few coins in general minted in New Orleans or from the Barber series for that matter. I love the very worn nature of this coin, as it belies a very well traveled coin that did the job it was intended to for commerce.

I have to give a new entry post for #10 now. Its a nice piece to the eye. I would love to learn about it while I hold onto it.

[Edit: LordM note to self for later- this second entry post is allowed because his initial selection, #30, was sold.]

#10 would be an awesome addition to my collection. I really enjoy old silver coins like that and I think its design is especially nice. This was a really cool giveaway, thank you as always @lordmarcovan

    Coin #16

Coins of this type were legal currency in the US until 1857. I wonder if this coin was ever used on US soil?

Oops... Have been dealing with both my knee injury and some other issues. Just saw this now. @Penny Luster - you are too kind. And @lordmarcovan too!

For my entry post, 25 is my pick. I have not a single silver coin from Mexico. They aren't too easy to get up here. I love the cap with the rays, too.

I really like the 2004 broadstruck Roosevelt dime. I have yet to include an error coin in my small, yet growing collection! And thank you once again for the generosity you show every month with your giveaways!

There's so many beautiful selections to choose from but #6 really catches my eye. I have nothing that old and it still has very good details. Plus it's Roman.

Thanks for the chance, Lord M.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
