A friend of mine recently was cleaning out and sorting through decades of family items and sentimental belonging. There is no recall of where this came from or who could of have picked it up. There are 3 total of which notes i can find and research but have no clue to as the envelope of which they have been stored in.

Anybody seen or familiar with the envelope here? My first guess would be these were once sold as a souvenir but unsure. This Cambodia note and a Central Bank of China which is one of the others do not even fit in the envelope holding it, which puts a very hard vertical crease on the note distracting from it's appeal and condition.

    Any help is appreciated.

I agree with it being a souvenir item.
I googled the address and came up with this website for the Jamestown stamp company...Perhaps they can help you get more info...

I don't know about Jamestown Stamp Co. although I did buy from them when I was a kid. I think Littleton Coin Co. bought out Mystic Stamp Co.

I am not sure what you mean by souvenir.

Jamestown sold these on approval where they would send a group of notes and you bought what you wanted and returned the rest. I bought from H E Harris and Jolie Coins in this way in the 70s.

I too, bought from H. E. Harris, and what a trusting company. Every month I would make out a list of what I could afford in stamps and every month they sent them, no matter the value. This was back in the late 60's.
