Friends, I’m playing a dangerous game matching dates with my son’s. Trying to match there coins looking to buy a 2016 gold eagle 1oz UC FDOI graded pf70. Looked every where no such luck trying to lock down before 2018 proofs are released. Anyone know one for sale?
Save yourself some money and look for one that doesn't have FDOI on the insert. It's a waste of money unless your son's name is Jones and you're trying to keep up with him. Also, save yourself even more money and buy a PF69. Too many people buy the PF70 and don't have the slightest idea what it means other than the fact that, "The label says it is so!" If you can't tell the difference between a 69 and a 70, you're paying foolish money for the 70. Finally, explain all of this to your son, and if you can't convince him that he is "buying into" such fallacies, then you will write him out of your will. Chris
