I am looking for recs for dealers in the U.S. for Australia Penny's, 3 Pence, 6 Pence & Florins. I really do not want to go the foreign dealer route. Most EBAY listings are from overseas. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Tom

What are you looking for specifically, by type, date mint etc. Australia has a large variety even in pennies with dates, mints etc.

This is a fairly new project so I'm looking for a lot in all the series I have. one penny, 3 pence, six pence and florin. I've had the albums for years and only added a few to each. I need so many I could not list them all here. So, date, type and mint and no dot varieties. I was hoping someone here might have a published catalog, either hard copy or PDF or regular online listing. I'm going for a honest working mans collection in mid grade. The keys will be tough.

I do see U.S. dealers and after browsing different dates for a couple of hours I am seeing coins that are too dark, spotted, damaged, etc. There used to be a dealer that specialized in all British & Commonwealth and had a large printed catalog. Something like GBC or similar. It was a large catalog and they requested a dollar for shipping. They advertized that if they did not have it, it probably did not exist. I saw it in Numismatic News but can't locate it anymore.

If you are looking for common stuff a local coin show that has some world coin dealers will be your best option. Hopefully, that is available in your area.

Thanks Chris but the only local show is in Springfield, Ma. and it's very small. There's not too much anywhere around here that's "local".
