    Good luck on finding a partner that you can collect with. In the mean time check out the post about wives that hate coin collecting. It might help with your current partner. If not you can always trade her in for a newer model :lol: :D :lol: CHRIS

    People are usually very nervous about doing any transacting with people in East Europe.

    Welcome aboard. I used to trade a lot with Russian collectors, but don't do it much anymore. It was a lot of fun despite the problems with the post offices. You might want to check out the world coin forum on the message boards at PCGS.com. There are lots of Russian collectors living in the US.

    Eastern Eoropeans are great. The problem is that mail between here and there is extremely expensive, liable to "disappear", and many items are not legally shipped. Sometimes valuations of things can be greatly different there than here so negotiation can be tough. With the net this last shouldn't be as large a problem as in the past.
