Since the death of Jim O'Donnell. Charles Woodruff is also very good for seated half dimes, there are several others. I checked Charles site and it has not been updated for awhile, I don't know why. It did list a 38-O in VG-10. He does list his phone number and an email address so you might check with him about it.
