take a gander at the ASA ACG site http://www.asa-accugrade.com/

they now seem to almost be braging about the fact they are getting sued .Plus they have posted personal info including addresses and stuff about peoples financials.Hopefully I wont get sued for saying this but ACG needs to go die in a ditch. The ACG service is a bogues piece of junk and the only goal of ACG coins are to ripoff newbies. The coin collecting world hates ACG and they have no reputaion except for a bad one. These law suits hurt there allready bottomfeeding status in the coin collecting community.I really feel as though I am insulting the bottom feeders by saying that. They file bogus suits and I believe they got there lawyer from a streetcorner .To Borrow a quote from the Guy who yells on the coin vault "I don't even call them a grading service they are an encapsulation service. If you want to throw your money in a hole go right ahead".Plus how could they sell there own coins on EBAY?Have they ever heard on conflict of intrest?Anyway thought I would just post the link and go on a rant. :)

It appears ACG is attempting to lay some groundwork before its suit goes to trial, i.e. is getting all its ducks lined up. It's been my observation that a plaintiff with a weak case will attack the messenger rather than the message, i.e. obfuscate and dissemble. Thus, ACG's owners are publically posting the personal info about some of their detractors in the hopes they might attract some sympathy. In my opinion (which really isn't worth much in this instance), this lawsuit is going to be about reputation versus reputation. With ACG against some of the most prestigious and reputable organizations and people in numismatics, guess who's gonna win?
