    Feel a tad bad for the seller, I lost some money in recent sales, but certainly nothing under face! lol

    Its a risk for a seller to start your bid off at .99 .. Plus it was posted under Coin Supplies I think.
    The 5.00 has a Stain and the 10.00 Folded .. But .... Under face is hard to pass up. LOL.
