I was at the desk waiting for an important phone call and decided to check an old wooden box I had kept rolls of circulated early cents to see if I had any 1922D, when I noticed 2 plastic tubes of Jeffersons. They just said 62 and 63 on the lid. I opened and they were all proofs. I had bought them at a show in the early 80s and forgotten about them. Here are a few of both tubes. It is so nice to find coins you have already paid for years ago :thumb: Jim
To be honest, that did surprise me a little as the tubes were hard plastic with a screw top lid. The toning is very gentle and pastel like. Some of the normal cloudy toning on some of the devices, but most of the fields are fair. In a few more years, all will appear to be new Jim
