LMC 82 SMALL D/D/D? Or die chip?

    Found this, mint mark is peculiar. Haven't been able to find another in the online insanity that is 1982 pennies. Anyone care to to take a stab? Also looks like possibly a laminate error over the word IN on Obverse , maybe some strike doubling. Let's not get carried away.     Just a plating issue on the Mint Mark. Slight split plating.

    Not a repunched mint mark, not a variety.. just a normal cent.
