If you dont know once a month they put out a special offer that is a very good deal like 2007 P&D set of presidential dollars(8) MS60 12.95 or all 1999 to 2007 plus the three released from 2008 P in MS-60 19.95. I missed some dose anyone know any of the codes for lately.
Only order from Littleton if you want to get their full priced "coins on approval" service, and pay the postage back at your expense. Their promos are loss leaders to sucker you into buying more from them.
not necesarilly scottishmoney if you are good enough to remember to write CANCEL on their invoice when you recieve the coins you ordered, you get no more mailings I dont do many of their offers, but when i do, i make sure to write cancel on their return mailer, and i never hear from them again.
Littleton has some good deals on occasion, there was a similar one with statehood quarters. MS 60 sounds great but chances are you could get a Pres dollar coin direct from the bank in MS 60 range, without having to write cancel on the order form and send a coin you didn't want back. Concerning Pres Dollars and Statehood quarters, I would rather have Proofs, vs. BU's as they were minted in much lesser quantities.
In general the grades of MS-60, -61 and -62 are for not particularly desireable coins. There has to be really noticeable problems (very baggy, etc.) to be graded that low. Many in here would rather have a nice AU-55 or -58 than an MS coin below -63.
