Little guy on the horse

    Snagged these, trying to find out who it is on the horse, bottom left coin. I though it was Valens, but I can't find him on a horse!

    The guy on the horse is a Theodosian( Theo I, Arcadius, or Honorius) . I see DN Ar. Possibly Arcadius?

    Thanks MM, I thought I could se DN VA which sent me on the wrong track. The portrait is a bit good looking for Arcadius.

    I am seeing RIVS after the worn section of the legend . So it looks like DNHONORIVSPFAVG.
