    Also that/someone harassed the coin with a sharp object/knife still damage.

    That's exactly what it is. A linear plating bubble.
    It occurs on Copper plated zinc cents.

    It's raised so yes, it's a linear plating blister. Nice one at that but not worth any extra money.
