Welcome To Cointalk All three of your coins appear to be large dates value.1 cent each, the one you are looking for I assume is a small date. Here's a pic to show you the difference. Dave
Just to make sure you understand.. In the beginning of 1982 there were still Minting Copper Cents weighing 3.11 Then later in 1982 they changed over to Copper Plated Zinc Cents that weigh less. You got that?
All large. There's only 1 1982-D small date copper (so far). The small dates are nice but only worth a little more in excellent condition. It is unlikely that any of us will find the 2nd 1982-D small date copper. It is a fun set to collect (not worth anything). Not including the proof S, there are 7 coins. Philadelphia large date copper, large date zinc. Philadelphia small date copper, small date zinc. Denver large date copper, large date zinc, Denver small date zinc. They only made small date zincs in Denver in 1982. But somehow at least 1 copper was made there (small date). I finally got the Philly small date zinc to finish my set.
