I have been buying some Lincoln proofs mid 50's to early 60's and I love that color they have. Just a comment.

Did 1 box of Halves and i got 28 40% 3 90% 1958 Benjamin 2005 P 1972 S 2nd box 18 %40 1961 Benjamin 1941 Liberty 1978 S i was screaming this was such a fun search indeed! like literally one silver coin in each roll i opened. I was so excited heres a little preview of my finds * did a little math and if im correct around $200 :O? if i sell which i won't. * And i will like to say i love penny proof's i got from 1960-1980. I love to show them off even when they see me with there face as if i am stupid
I will, but it is night here in Dallas and I am watching the Rangers. Just go to a coin shop and look/compare the proofs from the period I mentined with the later date proofs. The "experts" will tell you it's the metal composition. In anycase I really like it and they are cheap...leas than $5
I just picked up a 55s last night at my coin club, I so wish I had a camera. Red/blue/purple/pink on both obverse and reverse, Its a beauty. It was 4.50 and worth every penny, pardon the pun
