Lincoln penny 1984 : Dots

Hi,

I found this coin and there are couple of dots on Lincoln. bowtie seem to be bigger than normal. Is this a new suit or an error ?

not an error nor a new design.
The plating was poorly plated to the zinc base.

as a result there are bubbles under the plate.


Just another ugly Lincoln.

All copper plated zinc cents will have a problem.
