I have a Lincoln Memorial penny with no edge rim, it is smooth. Is there any information on this type of coin error anywhere? Anything else?
    thanks - ron

Ron, can you post a picture. That would help determine what it could be.

Could be a broadstrike, but it should still show signs of being upset.

Since this post a tad old. I am sure a few ppl posted or made new posts in regards with this. But I believe this is what rond meant. I encountered this too. I was unsure if it was a broad strike.

Oh, this was from a 2001 memorial Lincoln. (Philly mint)

It doesn't appear to be a broadstrike as it looks like it was struck in the collar. The beveled edge is the result of a less than full strike.

  12. My 1966 wheat penny with no rim, is exactly the same size as a dime, exact same size. What is it worth?
